Due to the special nature of the piece(s) requiring more specialised packaging and delivery, the Business does not deliver or arrange shipping; and therefore this charge is not included in the price of your item and will not be added at checkout.
Once payment for the item(s) has been made, it will be available for pick up within 5 days.
You may choose to take receipt of your purchase:
– in person by prior appointment from our design studio in Portishead, Bristol, BS20, United Kingdom;
or
– arrange for your own courier (preferably approved for fragile goods and with insurance). Collection by prior appointment;
or
– choose from suggested shipping companies listed below who would be happy to give you a quote for the despatch of your purchase(s). The cost of shipping is payable directly to the company concerned. Kindly ensure that the firm you employ understands that they will also need to pack your item(s). We will need your prior authorisation before we release goods to any packer / shipper.
